What Happens When You Delete

We respect your right to be forgotten. Once your request is verified, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. Active or upcoming bookings must be completed or cancelled before your account can be deleted. Data we are legally required to keep is retained only for the mandatory period and never used for any other purpose.

✦Good to Know

  • Deleting your account does not cancel active bookings — please contact your account manager first to settle any upcoming travel.
  • Records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices under Egyptian tax law) are stored securely, excluded from all marketing, and deleted when the statutory period ends.
