01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry form, or entering into a booking with Easy OP ("Easy OP", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you are acting on behalf of a travel agency or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

02Definitions

• "Agency" / "Partner" — a travel agency, tour operator, or business that books services through Easy OP.
• "Traveler" — the end client of an Agency who receives the services in Egypt.
• "Services" — hotel reservations, Nile cruises, sightseeing tickets, transportation, visa assistance, meet & assist, tour guides, and any related tourism operations we provide.
• "Supplier" — any third-party hotel, cruise operator, transport company, attraction, or other provider whose services we arrange.
• "Booking" — a confirmed reservation of Services made through Easy OP.

03Our Services

Easy OP is a B2B tourism operations partner. We arrange, coordinate, and supervise tourism services across Egypt on behalf of our partner Agencies. We act as an intermediary and operations manager between Agencies and Suppliers.

While we carefully vet every Supplier we work with, individual services (such as hotel stays, cruises, and transfers) are ultimately performed by those Suppliers, subject to their own applicable conditions.

04Bookings & Confirmations

• All inquiries are subject to availability. A booking is only final once you receive a written confirmation from Easy OP.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation; unstated quotations are valid for 72 hours.
• It is the Agency's responsibility to ensure that all traveler details (names, passport numbers, dates) submitted to us exactly match the travelers' official documents.
• Special requests (adjoining rooms, dietary needs, accessibility) will be passed to Suppliers but cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

05Prices & Payment

• All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the quotation and are net rates unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may change until a booking is confirmed and, where applicable, paid per the agreed payment schedule.
• Payment terms (deposit, balance due dates, credit facilities) are agreed per Agency and stated on each confirmation or contract.
• Government taxes, entrance-fee changes, or fuel surcharges introduced after confirmation may be passed on at cost.
• Late payment may result in suspension of services or cancellation of bookings after written notice.

06Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds

Cancellation and amendment terms vary by service and Supplier and are stated on each quotation and confirmation. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to your Easy OP account manager or to info@easy-op.com.
• Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive your written notice and follow the Supplier's policy plus any non-recoverable costs.
• No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 14–30 business days depending on the Supplier and bank.
• Amendments (date changes, name changes, room-type changes) are subject to availability and any Supplier fees.

07Agency & Traveler Responsibilities

• Agencies are responsible for communicating all relevant terms, itineraries, and requirements to their Travelers.
• Travelers must hold valid passports (generally with at least 6 months' validity from the date of entry into Egypt) and any required visas.
• Travelers are responsible for complying with Egyptian laws and regulations and with the rules of individual Suppliers and sites.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all Travelers covering cancellation, medical care, and personal belongings.

08Limitation of Liability

Easy OP will always perform its services with professional skill and care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of Suppliers, nor for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside our direct control.
• Our total liability in connection with any Booking shall not exceed the amounts paid to Easy OP for that Booking.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

09Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, acts of government, airport or port closures, or interruption of utilities or transport networks. In such cases we will work with you in good faith to reschedule services or recover costs from Suppliers where possible.

10Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, logos, graphics, and images — is the property of Easy OP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except that partner Agencies may use materials we expressly provide for resale marketing.

11Privacy

Your use of our services also involves the processing of personal data, which is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you acknowledge that you have read and understood it. To request deletion of your account or data, visit our Delete Account page.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in a signed partner contract.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Suppliers, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Confirmed Bookings remain governed by the Terms in force at the time of confirmation.
